Processing times

For most customers, the cut-off time for payments for overnight processing is 6.30pm on working days. Transactions completed before 6.30pm on a working day are processed that night, while transactions processed after 6.30pm will be processed the next working day.

All payments made after 6.30pm on Friday will be processed on Monday night.

PLEASE NOTE - Heartland Bank will never contact you by phone or email asking you to divulge your Internet Banking User ID or Password, your security questions or your card's PIN number. Please contact us immediately should anyone attempt to gain this information from you.
