Lost or Stolen Cards
Westpac takes care of the administration of our Heartland Bank cards. This phone number will take you straight to the Westpac customer service team who will be able to assist you if your card is lost or stolen.

We’ll issue you with a replacement card (a fee of $15 including standard postage applies. International delivery may incur additional courier charges).
