Marketing Executive Newmarket

We have a fabulous opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join Heartland Bank’s dynamic and progressive Marketing team based in Newmarket.

In this varied and busy role you will work collaboratively with our Head of Marketing and Marketing Manager to prepare and implement marketing campaigns for a range of business, rural and consumer banking and finance products. You will take the lead managing the production and distribution of marketing collateral and sales support material to the wider business and to our partner organisations. Additionally you will support the Corporate Communications team with internal communications, media relations, shareholder communications, sponsorship and social media initiatives.

To be considered for this role you will have a marketing related bachelor’s degree from a New Zealand university and have proven your worth with a year or more in marketing roles in-house. Exposure to financial services is definitely beneficial. You understand broad marketing concepts, and totally get digital and social media marketing. You have the fundamentals of communication sorted and really enjoy writing. You have independently worked on assignments and projects that you delivered successfully and without fuss. You regularly exercise proactivity, initiative and your can-do attitude. You are agile, adaptable and manage ambiguity and rapid change successfully. Articulate and confident, you enjoy influence with senior stakeholders. You are known for your collaborative working style and for having wonderful working relationships with your managers and colleagues.
