Heartland New Zealand Limited's Board of Directors is accountable to our shareholders for the overall governance and performance of the company.

Heartland New Zealand Limited is governed by a six-strong Board, chaired by Bruce Irvine. Our directors bring a wealth of financial services experience and business knowledge gained during successful careers at executive and board level. They represent and serve the interests of the shareholders, and together oversee and appraise the company's strategy, policy and performance.

Bruce Irvine

Chairman

Bruce is Chairman of Heartland New Zealand Limited. He is a chartered accountant and was admitted into the Christchurch partnership of Deloitte in 1988.

Jeff Greenslade

Managing Director

Jeff has over 20 years' experience as a senior executive, and is responsible for the strategy and operational management of Heartland Building Society. He joined MARAC Finance Limited as Chief Executive Officer in 2009, and was appointed to the Board in December of that year.

Graham has 37 years’ experience as a chartered accountant and is an independent professional director of a number of private companies. Graham was a director of CBS Canterbury for 24 years, holding the position of Chairman from 2002–2008.
