Heartland New Zealand Limited (Heartland) (NZX: HNZ) announces that Bryan Mogridge has determined to resign as a director of Heartland.

Bryan Mogridge was one of the two Heartland directors due to retire at the Annual General Meeting today. While Bryan Mogridge is eligible for re-election, his desire to resign means he will not now offer himself for re-election at the Annual General Meeting.

Chairman of Heartland, Bruce Irvine said: “On behalf on the board, we thank Bryan for his contribution to the strategic direction of Heartland. Bryan was instrumental in the formation of Heartland and has made a signification contribution to the board since Heartland’s formation. We wish him all the best.”
