How to become a Heartland New Zealand Limited shareholder

IMPORTANT NOTICE.  Under the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1989, a person must obtain the prior written consent of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand before acquiring an interest of 10% or more in Heartland New Zealand Limited.  See Section 77A of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1989.
