Employer-funded “hospital care” health insurance is available to all permanent staff. We offer this to ensure that if you suffer a major health event requiring hospital care that you are able to have that care without financial hardship. This is especially important in these times of ever-changing circumstances in the public health system.
Investments
Staff investments, and those of their immediate family, invested or renewed with Heartland Building Society receive an enhanced interest rate.
Loans
Personal loans at discounted interest rates are available to all permanent staff who have been with us for at least six months.
Vehicles
Many of our field-based roles come with “tool of trade” cars – and all staff have access to ex-lease vehicles for purchase at the sort of wholesale rates that are usually only available to motor vehicle dealers.
Learning and development
We provide a range of learning and development opportunities through training courses, on-the job learning programmes and career development. Learning and development is very important to us and is encouraged and supported at all levels.
